3. IMHO Hitler is the best only as an example of how cruel, silly, sick and (self) destructive a human being can become.
4. I apologize for the qualification "human being" in the item above. Maybe "beast" fits better, but I like animals...
5. It is the first time that I read that sentence. I am accepting your word on this matter. I think you know Hitler much better than me.
6. I prefer to remember Winston Churchill. Maybe "The Second World War" - his written memories - would suit you better. And you don't need to read the 12 volumes of the collection. You can read only the condensed version (4 volumes) as I did. It is fascinating.
7. There is a lighter and more pleasant reading about that time, that, in certain part, describes his (Curchill) fat white ass: "No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: The Home Front in World War II" by Doris Kearns Goodwin; I highly recommend this.
