Not the home page. But an article.

Since you are interested, the best way is waiting for my version, because then you will use the same text and images.

Therefore, as the content will be absolutely the same it will be very good for comparison: performance, size, cache, number of files, accessibility, code readability, whatever.

The idea is creating a *static* version: the same looking as much as possible (fonts, icons, layout in all screens) but not being possible to write replies - although the reply section with samples must exist.

Today I started to getting the icons and fonts (so you don't have to do it).

Exactly, the Medium website is no model of perfection. And this makes the contest more interesting because the participants can show to the world how pure HTML/CSS can be superior.
