You are not the only one that thinks this way. After I finish the current article series, I will study/test what Jason Knight told me about CSS. And I will write an article with very concrete examples/demos about it. If I discover it is possible, as you say, the purpose of the article will be sharing the knowledge; otherwise the purpose of the article will be challenging everyone to make the layout work.
